If by habit or behavior you seek after “peak experiences”, another term for this is “adrenaline junkie”, your high will always be followed by a corresponding low. There is no end to your seeking after pleasure, because you keep on having to “top” your last high with the current one.
Also, because your “bucket list” (to do exercises and goals, never ceases to empty itself)… it will always be full, and you will always be filled with selfish “wanting”, “craving”, and “striving” forever.
