Now, I realize how careful you must be when you use words. Words possess different moods, like a weather climate on a particular day. For an example, call something by a different name and see how everything changes! And don’t bring in the past when you describe it using your chosen words. If you see a beautiful mountain range or even a beautiful skylit night, refrain even from saying, “This is beautiful.” The reason is that once you even label the “thing” as beautiful, you change the object into a lesser thing. Your current experience is completely new! Just relax and enjoy the moment, because life has never been like this and will never be like this again.
Just also note as I write that there are words that describe “feelings” and then there are “intellectual” words. Don’t use argumentative, political words! All you will do is create conflict that will resonate ill feelings onto others and to yourself today and into the future. Try to use words of affection and that radiate love and caring.
Remember that a single word that is said without thoughtfulness can create a long chain of misery that is not easily forgotten and also creates emotional scars. It doesn’t mean you have to be hypervigilant and thinking about everything that you say, but if you are in a place of love and kindness, then hostile words will not come out of you. Then cannot. Only that which is within can possibly radiate outward. You will also see your relationships change because nearly 100% of your relationships are based on words, facial expressions, and gestures. Notice that nature is quiet. So be like nature and be silent. The next best things are love, singing, dancing.
The following saying is of grave importance. Most of the time, a person that becomes mentally ill is someone who has disconnected himself or herself from the whole. Look for where you became disconnected, and once you establish that, and then reconnect yourself, you will become whole again. Always remember that you are one with the universe.
